TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Agreement to Terms

By enrolling in the Woman Awakened 8 Week Group Mastermind, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions. These policies are designed to create a clear, safe, and supportive container for all participants.

2. Program Description

This is an 8-week group coaching/mastermind experience led by Cheyenne Lindemuth, focused on nervous system regulation, emotional awareness, mindset, and personal growth. The Program includes live group sessions, optional recordings, worksheets, and access to a private community space if applicable.

3. Payment Terms

Participants may pay in full or through an approved payment plan. All payments are non-refundable.

Participants selecting a payment plan remain responsible for completing all scheduled payments regardless of attendance or participation.

If a scheduled payment fails, participants must notify Cheyenne Lindemuth within five business days to arrange a resolution.

If payment is not resolved within ten business days, access to the Program—including sessions, materials, and community—may be suspended until payment is made.

Failure to complete payments may result in removal from the Program and collection of the remaining balance.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of the Program and immediate access to materials, all payments are non-refundable, regardless of participation or engagement.

5. Participation & Results Disclaimer

Results depend on the participant’s engagement, commitment, and personal effort.

Failure to attend sessions, complete practices, or engage in the community does not qualify for a refund.

The Program provides education, tools, and guidance, but no specific outcomes or results are guaranteed.

Cheyenne Lindemuth may recommend professional support if a participant is experiencing distress beyond the scope of the Program. This is for the participant’s safety and is not a reflection on their progress.
