
AGREEMENT TO TERMS
By purchasing, enrolling in, participating in, accessing, or otherwise engaging with any offer, service, product, event, retreat, membership, mastermind, course, workshop, coaching container, digital resource, community, subscription, or educational experience provided by Cheyenne Lindemuth ("Facilitator," "Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not purchase, access, or participate in any offering.
OFFERINGS COVERED
These Terms apply to all current and future offerings, including but not limited to:
• 1:1 Coaching
• Courses and digital programs
• Group coaching programs
• Masterminds
• Memberships and subscription communities
• The Sacral Wisdom Community
• Workshops and trainings
• Live virtual events
• In-person events
• Retreats
• Digital downloads and resources
• Private coaching containers
• Certifications
• Educational content
• Recorded materials
ELIGIBILITY
Participants must be at least eighteen (18) years old unless expressly permitted otherwise in writing.
By participating, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into binding agreements.
PAYMENT TERMS
Payment in full or participation through an approved payment plan constitutes agreement to complete all required payments.
Participants choosing a payment plan remain responsible for the full balance regardless of:
• Attendance
• Participation
• Completion
• Personal circumstances
• Schedule changes
• Perceived results
Failed payments must be resolved within ten (10) business days.
Access to any offering may be suspended until payment obligations are fulfilled.
The Company reserves the right to pursue collection of unpaid balances and recover associated collection costs where legally permitted.
NO REFUND POLICY
All sales are final.
Due to immediate access to intellectual property, educational materials, community spaces, live experiences, and proprietary frameworks, all payments are non-refundable.
This includes but is not limited to:
• Courses
• Memberships
• Masterminds
• Retreats
• Coaching containers
• Events
• Workshops
• Digital products
Failure to attend, participate, engage, complete assignments, utilize materials, or achieve desired outcomes does not create eligibility for a refund.
MEMBERSHIPS & SUBSCRIPTIONS
Memberships operate on recurring billing unless otherwise stated.
Participants may cancel future renewals at any time before the next billing cycle.
No refunds will be provided for previous payments or partially used billing periods.
Cancellation ends future billing but does not create entitlement to reimbursement for prior payments.

If you do not agree, you must not access or participate in any offering.
By completing a purchase or joining any offering, you acknowledge this agreement constitutes a legally binding electronic contract.

• Group coaching and masterminds
• Memberships and subscription communities
• Sacral Wisdom Community
• Workshops and trainings
• Live virtual events
• In-person events and retreats
• Private coaching containers

• Educational content and recordings
ELIGIBILITY
Participants must be at least 18 years old unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.
You represent that you are legally able to enter into binding agreements.
SCOPE OF SERVICES & LIMITATIONS
All offerings are educational, facilitative, coaching-based, and personal development in nature.
Unless explicitly stated in writing, participation does not include:
• Guaranteed 1:1 access to Cheyenne Lindemuth
• Emergency or crisis support services
• Medical, therapeutic, psychological, legal, or financial services
• Guaranteed outcomes, results, or timelines
• Continuous or unlimited facilitator availability
All participation is subject to program structure, schedule, and container design.
SAFETY, CRISIS & EXTERNAL HARM DISCLAIMER
The Company does not provide emergency, crisis intervention, domestic violence support services, or safety planning services.
If a participant is in immediate danger, unsafe in a relationship, or experiencing any situation involving abuse, coercion, threats, or risk to personal safety, the participant is strongly encouraged to contact appropriate emergency services, local authorities, domestic violence hotlines, or licensed professionals trained in crisis and safety support.
Participants acknowledge that Cheyenne Lindemuth is not responsible or liable for any decisions they make regarding their personal safety, relationships, living situations, or interactions with other individuals.
The Company is not responsible for the actions, behavior, or conduct of any third party, including but not limited to partners, family members, acquaintances, or abusive individuals.
Participation in any offering does not create a duty for the Company to monitor, intervene in, or manage a participant’s personal relationships or external circumstances.
The Company does not replace law enforcement, emergency services, or licensed domestic violence support systems.
COMMUNICATION & RESPONSE BOUNDARIES
The Company does not guarantee response times for messages, emails, comments, or direct communications.
Participants acknowledge that:
• Communication is provided at the sole discretion of the Facilitator
• Responses may be delayed or not provided outside structured containers
• The Facilitator is not obligated to provide ongoing private support unless explicitly included
PAYMENT TERMS
Payment in full or enrollment in a payment plan constitutes agreement to complete all payments.
Participants are responsible for full payment regardless of:
• Attendance or participation
• Perceived value or outcomes
• Personal circumstances or schedule changes
Failed payments must be resolved within ten (10) business days or access may be suspended.
Unpaid balances may be subject to collection efforts where legally permitted.
NO REFUND POLICY
All sales are final.
Due to immediate access to intellectual property, community spaces, digital materials, and live experiences, no refunds are provided under any circumstance.
MEMBERSHIPS & SUBSCRIPTIONS
Memberships renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the next billing cycle.
Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund prior payments.
RETREATS & LIVE EVENTS
The Company may modify dates, locations, facilitators, schedules, or format at its discretion.
Participants are solely responsible for:
• Travel arrangements
• Lodging and accommodations
• Transportation and insurance
The Company is not liable for third-party vendors or travel disruptions.
ASSUMPTION OF RISK
Participation in all offerings, including retreats, embodiment practices, emotional work, and live events, involves inherent risk.
Participants voluntarily assume full responsibility for all physical, emotional, psychological, and financial outcomes arising from participation.
CRISIS & EMERGENCY DISCLAIMER
The Company does not provide crisis intervention or emergency services.
If a participant is experiencing a mental health crisis, they are responsible for contacting licensed professionals, emergency services, or crisis hotlines.
The Company reserves the right to remove participants in acute distress beyond the scope of the offering.
EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY
All offerings are educational and informational.
Nothing provided constitutes medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.
COACHING IS NOT THERAPY
Cheyenne Lindemuth is not a licensed therapist, physician, or mental health provider.
Participation is not a substitute for professional care.
PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY
Participants are solely responsible for:
• Decisions
• Actions
• Interpretations
• Results
• Integration of content
RESULTS DISCLAIMER
No guarantees are made regarding outcomes of any kind.
Individual results vary significantly.
CONFIDENTIALITY
Participants agree to maintain confidentiality of others’ personal experiences shared within any container.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & DIGITAL LICENSE
All content remains the exclusive intellectual property of Cheyenne Lindemuth.
Participants are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license for personal use only.
Participants do not own any content and may not reproduce, distribute, or share materials.
RECORDING, SCREENSHOTS & SHARING
No recording, reproduction, or distribution of materials is permitted without written consent.
MEDIA RELEASE
Participants consent to the use of testimonials, feedback, photos, video, or audio content for marketing and promotional purposes unless they opt out in writing.
COMMUNITY STANDARDS
Participants agree to engage respectfully, maintain confidentiality, and uphold the integrity of the container.
PROFESSIONAL RELATIONSHIP & BOUNDARIES
Participants acknowledge that their relationship with Cheyenne Lindemuth and all representatives is strictly professional in nature.
No personal, romantic, sexual, therapeutic, fiduciary, employment, or partnership relationship is created through participation.
Participants understand that transformational work may naturally create feelings of closeness, admiration, attachment, projection, idealization, transference, or emotional resonance. These experiences do not alter the professional nature of the relationship.
Any inappropriate, sexual, romantic, harassing, coercive, manipulative, or boundary-violating behavior may result in immediate removal without refund.
The Facilitator reserves the right to enforce all professional boundaries at her sole discretion.
NON-SOLICITATION
Participants agree not to solicit, recruit, or directly market services to members, clients, or participants within any Company community or container.
THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS
The Company may use third-party platforms (such as Zoom, Circle, Kajabi, Stripe, PayPal, Slack, email providers, or similar tools).
The Company is not responsible for outages, disruptions, or technical failures of third-party systems.
FORCE MAJEURE
The Company is not liable for delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by events outside reasonable control, including illness, natural disasters, internet outages, or emergencies.
CHARGEBACKS
Participants agree not to initiate chargebacks without first contacting the Company to resolve concerns in good faith.
Chargebacks may result in immediate removal from all offerings and access revocation.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Disputes will first be addressed through good-faith communication.
If unresolved, disputes shall proceed to binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association rules.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.
SEVERABILITY
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain fully valid.
MODIFICATION OF TERMS & GOVERNING VERSION
The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
Continued participation after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
The most current version supersedes all prior versions, regardless of previous agreements or enrollment date.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms constitute the full agreement between the participant and Cheyenne Lindemuth and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.
